My movement story is about the innocence that got rocked within by the startling reality of the world without. The pain that was created by the conflict in myself that existed because I kept feeling the innocence of my young self and how it existed in my soul amongst the trauma of childhood divorce, abuse, neglect, and codependency, and captivating endless disappointing hope and the impact that was having on my emotional mental and physical body and spirit.
