From a very young age, I knew that words were not enough.
I needed to express, connect and feel the world around me with something more. After many years of feeling confusion about how I was to “be” in the world, I found movement which connected me back to the divine source within. This connection empowered my confidence and anchoring me back to who I am meant to be in the world.

The 2020 pandemic revealed my next step toward how was to serve the world. I was determined to create a method that would keep humanity moving forward to finding in their lives. Although the exact path forward was unclear, I chose to embrace this calling that was greater than me and trust. I am so glad I did because The Power of Gesture™ was born! An embodiment practice that teaches you how to process emotions, gain clarity, AND break free from societal norms that have held you back, SO THAT YOU CAN live your absolute truth! About Jen

In 2019 I wrote, directed and produced a show titled “Voices of Change”. By showcasing examples of impactful change made through various forms of expression; (visual art, poetry, drumming, spoken word and movement) I empowered 6500 NYC children to know that there are many ways in which we can share our voice with the world and make an impact while doing it. That philosophy translates to my work now. I can confidently say that The Power of Gesture will shift your perspective and give you the strength you need to listen to your body, step into your truth and live the full life you were meant to!
